1a. Who's going to pay for this?  Will it raise our taxes?

Where do governments get their money for things like natural disasters, foreign aid, and seemingly never ending wars that are NOT in the fiscal federal budget?

Have any of your taxes been raised recently due to the war in Iraq? Hurricane Katrina? The congressional pay raise? How much would they raise our taxes if a foreign power attacked California and we had to spend a trillion dollars a day defending our "homeland"?

First, ask yourself why haven’t your taxes been raised…and you will understand that, NO, this will not raise your taxes.

If governments can spend Billions of dollars on War, Natural Disasters and the Space Program, why can't they spend Billions on their own poor and homeless citizens?

We challenge the reader to investigate exactly where any of the money for these programs actually comes from.  A good place to start would be to read "The Money Story" and "The Reality of Money" - both articles are  very simple illustrate how "WE" put value on money.

There will be no "tax" placed on the people to do this. TAXES COME FROM money, which is an abstract human illusion established and perpetuated by a few to control the masses.

Money is as valuable as humans allow it to be. When a united effort is made by the majority of humans to make fiscal policy and money SERVE the people's needs, then no present or future group of people will care how much money has to be printed, what debt has to be accumulated to assure that humans are treated like humans from the moment each is born.
