The
concept of "One DAY" is sort of metaphorical, but is correct. If a group
of humans can determine "overnight" that the interest rates must go up,
and the peso must be devalued, then of course they can determine that
NOW EVERYONE IS ELIGIBLE for FOOD STAMPS, WIC, SECTION 8 HOUSING, AND
MEDICAID! It will take more than a day to make it all happen, but the
concept CAN be implemented in ONE DAY!
Those who
have never been on food stamps or government assistance would have a
harder time understanding how it could be done in one day....IF all THE
PAPERWORK, APPLICATION PROCESS, AND GOVERNMENT BUREAUCRACY WAS
ELIMINATED.
We can
streamline the process (eliminating bureaucratic red-tape) overnight and
make it work in ONE day! For example:

Everyone that needs a house can be approved for a Section 8 voucher,
in ONE day. (though it may take them some time to find an apartment or
house that is a registered Section 8 unit)
