1f. Why should we depend on more government to run social programs? Wouldn't bigger governments create more bureaucracy and corruption? Shouldn't the common man learn to take care of his neighbor?

IF we could depend on the common man to take care of his neighbor, then we wouldn't need governments. Governments are established by the people, ostensibly, to serve the people. Governments are good when they do what they were intended to do: serve the people. When they are serving themselves and their own interests, it is because the people have allowed them. The mission of the WUF is to take back control of the governments, which have the infrastructures already in place and the means to provide the basic necessities of life to all human beings upon the earth. This can only be done with a united effort of the people. Once the people become united, they can demand that the governments they have established do as "the people" demand, not as the government desires at its whims.

"Common man" is the government. We need now to make the government "common man."
